Taken from the book "JLA: Secret Origins," written by Alex Ross and Paul Dini. This image truly shows that there is strength in numbers. Featuring The Atom, Hawkman, Aquaman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman, Manhunter, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, and Black Canary. The book, published in Nov. 2002, immortalizes each hero within the JLA, and demonstrates the varying backgrounds from which the characters have come. Originally painted as individual portraits, the characters were later digitally joined as a group. Each piece is hand-signed by Alex Ross.
