This image of Bugs kissing Daisy Lou was adapted from the 1948 Friz Freleng-directed cartoon, "Hare Splitter," where Bugs' amorous desires are complicated by another rabbit, named Casbah. The character illustration was recreated by Juan Ortiz and the background rendered by Hector Martinez.

Sometimes called serigraph cels, the serigraphy process involves silk-screening each individual color to the cel. Every distinct shade is a separate screen and pass, flawlessly reproducing each color.
